We were very pleased that Zuidema Installation Technology was willing to resolve the problems caused by another installer. Based on his advice, he carried out the necessary repairs and successfully resolved the complex leak. He also provided us with supporting documentation for our insurance company. He also provided excellent support for some minor renovations. Furthermore, Zuidema Installation Technology carried out the maintenance on our boiler to our complete satisfaction. The pump in my four-year-old Nefit boiler broke down on a Sunday. It proved difficult to find someone willing to look at the boiler. Feenstra and Energiewacht stated they wouldn't come out unless you had a maintenance contract. Even with a contract, they couldn't schedule an appointment for five days. After a day without heating or hot water, Marco thankfully came to our rescue. He expertly diagnosed the problem, immediately picked up a new pump, and installed it. What excellent service! Upon inquiry, we learned that Zuidema Installation is available 24/7 for everyone, regardless of whether you have a contract or not. As it should be! I highly recommend this company.

I don't normally write reviews, but every now and then you're pleasantly surprised. My central heating system was leaking. I called De Energiewacht (Energy Watch). They quickly concluded that the problem wasn't with the boiler and therefore not theirs. They wished me the best of luck in finding a plumber. I called Zuidema at 4:15 PM. There was no answer, but I decided to continue calling the next day. I got a call back at 4:25 PM. He was able to come by later. The plumber arrived at 5:00 PM, and by 6:00 PM, a rusted pipe had been replaced and the central heating was charged again. And all for a normal rate. Thanks for the fast service. Excellent!

Absolutely exceptional, 6 out of 5. The type of professionalism you associate with the golden age of America's middle class of the 1950s: They came, they had a look, they repaired. I needed to re-connect and re-hang radiators after another plumbing company left me with a leaking mess that was hard to identify, and Marco (and his colleague) solved the problem very quickly and very well. They have plenty of tools that speed the work up, but they are also highly skilled and experienced themselves, able to solve problems on the go. Very clear communication during the visit, too. The only minor point is that pre-visit communication could have been a bit more clear, but don't be put off by that: The guys truly know what they are doing, and are probably a bit tired of answering our laymen's detailed questions.
